
Connecting Annature to Xero lets you bring your Xero contacts directly into Annature, so when you're sending an envelope you can search for a recipient and have their name, email, and mobile number filled in automatically. There's no need to re-enter contact details you've already captured in Xero.
If you use Annature Payments, the integration goes further. When you send an envelope that includes a payment request, we can read your Xero invoices to prefill the payment amount, contact details, due date, and reference — saving you time and reducing the chance of errors.
We import your Xero contacts into your Annature address book, including each contact's full name, email address, and mobile number. Contacts are synced automatically every hour so your address book stays up to date as you add or update contacts in Xero.
If your account has Annature Payments enabled, connecting Xero unlocks an additional capability: when you create an envelope and request payment at the same time, you can pull in the details of a Xero invoice directly. This prefills the payment amount, due date, and invoice reference. We also create a reference to that invoice so that when your recipient makes payment via Annature, we can automatically mark the invoice as paid in Xero.
