Default Signatures

If you have an Annature account, you can save a default signature, initials, and stamp. These are automatically applied when signing envelopes you receive via email, the sign now button, or My Inbox.

Setting up your defaults

1. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select My Account.

2. Scroll down to Your signatures.

3. Click Create next to the signature, initials, or stamp you want to set.

For signatures and initials, you can choose from three options:

• Adopt — Select from a range of fonts.

• Draw — Draw your signature or initials on screen.

• Upload — Upload an image from your computer.

For stamps, upload an image in .png or .jpeg format.
