
Only the organisation owner can modify billing settings within Annature.
If your card has expired, you’re switching banks, or you simply need to update your details, you can do so at any time from your billing settings.
Log in to your Annature account.
Navigate to Settings → Billing.
Under Subscription details, select Update payment method.

You’ll now see your current saved payment method.
Click + Add payment method to add a new card.
To remove an expired or unwanted card, use the three-dots menu next to the card.

Once updated, your new payment method will be used for future subscription charges.
