The Payments dashboard gives you a centralised view of every payment request made through Annature — whether it's an ASIC or custom payment (Sign & Pay).
To access the dashboard, click Payments from the left-hand menu.
The dashboard displays a table of all payment requests, showing:
Recipient — The person the payment was assigned to.
Envelope — The associated envelope.
Type — The payment type (e.g. ASIC Payment, Custom Payment).
Amount — The payment amount.
Status — The current payment status (e.g. pending, completed, failed).
Use the search bar and filters to find specific payments by recipient, envelope, status, or payment type.
