Here's what the integration does.
Pick one or more documents inside FYI and send them to Annature in a single action. Recipient details flow through automatically from the FYI client record, so there's no copy-pasting names and email addresses. Once the document lands in Annature, you can add fields or apply a template before sending it for signing.
Once signing is complete, the signed PDF is automatically pushed back into FYI and filed against the correct client. No manual upload, no chasing down completed documents — everything lands where it should, threaded against the original.
Every completed envelope produces a certificate of completion containing the full audit trail of the signing process. With this option enabled, the certificate is also synced back to FYI alongside the signed document, giving you a complete record of who signed what and when.
Where multiple users are involved in a signing workflow, the integration can assign the synced signed document to the FYI user who initiated the request. This keeps ownership clear and makes it easy to follow up if anything needs further action.
Every action — when the envelope was sent, opened, signed, and completed — is tracked and filed in FYI as part of the document record. You always have a clear, compliant trail without maintaining anything manually.
