If your practice uses FYI for client management, the Annature integration lets you send ID verification requests and automatically sync the results — all without manually re-entering client details. There's no chasing down results, and no separate audit trail to maintain. Everything flows between the two platforms automatically.
Here's what the integration does.
Inside Annature, we surface a client dashboard that pulls your FYI clients in real time. This gives you a live mirror of your FYI client list directly within Annature, so you can see who's there and act on them without switching back and forth.
From the Annature client dashboard, you can initiate an ID verification request for any FYI client with a single click. We automatically use the client's full name, email address, and mobile number from their FYI record — no re-entering details you've already captured.
Once a client completes their verification, we automatically write the results back to their FYI client record as custom fields. This includes a timestamp, the name of the person who sent the request, how the client was verified, the date of completion, and a direct link back to the Annature dashboard where the full verification details can be viewed.
Every completed verification produces a certificate of verification — a PDF containing the full details of the request and serving as a comprehensive audit record. With this option enabled, we'll automatically push the certificate through to FYI and attach it to the relevant client record. This toggle is off by default and can be enabled in the integration settings.
If your practice charges clients for identity verification, you can enable automatic disbursement creation. Each time a verification is completed, we'll create a disbursement against the client in FYI based on a preset rate you select — the rate itself is defined and managed entirely within FYI.
