Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Add an extra layer of login security using Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
Team members can enable multi-factor authentication using Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator when logging into Annature. This ensures that even if a password is compromised, the account cannot be accessed without the additional authentication code.
Setting up MFA
Click the Profile icon and select My Account.
Scroll down to the Security section and enable Multi-factor authentication.
Download your chosen authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Scan the QR code displayed in Annature with the authenticator app.
Follow the prompts to complete setup.
