When a client completes their identity verification, we automatically sync the results back to their record in FYI. There's nothing you need to do — the moment a verification is finished, their client record is updated with the verified details and a full audit trail is in place.
We update the following custom fields on the FYI client record:
Date verified: is the timestamp of when the verification was completed.
Verification method: is set to Document check, reflecting the method used by Annature to verify the client.
Verification notes: confirms that the client has been verified by Annature and includes a direct link to the verification record in your Annature dashboard.
Verified: is updated to Yes once the verification is complete.
Verified by: is the name of the Annature user who created and sent the verification request. This is the person responsible for sending and overseeing that verification.
These fields align with the industry-standard client verification fields, so they'll sit naturally alongside your existing client data in FYI.
If you have the sync certificate of verification option enabled in your integration settings, we'll also automatically file the certificate PDF against the client in FYI. It's sent to the default cabinet, filed under the current year, and attached to the default job for that client. The certificate contains the full audit record for the verification request.
Notes: The certificate of verification is not enabled by default. You can turn it on in your FYI integration settings within Annature. See Connecting to FYI for more detail on configuring your integration settings.
To set up automatic disbursements when a verification is completed, see Automatic disbursements.
