Connecting FYI to Annature is the first step to using the ID verification integration. Once connected, you'll have access to your FYI client list directly within Annature, and any completed verifications will automatically sync back to FYI. You can also configure optional settings like the certificate of verification and automatic disbursements as part of this setup.
You'll need admin access to your FYI account to generate the API keys required during setup. Have both your Annature and FYI accounts open — you'll move between them briefly during this process.
If you plan to use automatic disbursements, make sure you've already created a dedicated ID verification rate in FYI before completing this setup. See Automatic disbursements for guidance on setting that up.
In FYI, go to Automation then Apps.
Search for Annature and open the app listing.
Click Create new secret.
Copy the Access key ID and the Secret key — you'll need both in the next step.
Notes: Keep these keys somewhere safe temporarily. FYI will not show the secret key again after you navigate away.
In Annature, go to Settings then Integrations.
Find the FYI integration and click Connect.
Enter the Access key ID and Secret key you copied from FYI.
If you want to automatically file the certificate of verification against the client record in FYI when a verification is completed, enable the Sync certificate of verification toggle.
If you want to automatically create disbursements on completed verifications, select your ID verification rate from the rates drodown.
Click Save changes.
Once saved, the FYI integration is active. The FYI integration dashboard will appear in the left-hand navigation menu in Annature, giving you live access to your FYI client list.
