Once your FYI integration is connected, you can send ID verification requests directly from Annature using your FYI client details. There's no need to manually enter client information — we pull it straight from FYI so you can get a request out quickly and accurately.
After the integration is enabled, a FYI section will appear in the left-hand navigation menu in Annature. Click it to open the FYI client dashboard, which displays your FYI clients in real time. You can use the search to find a specific client by name.
Find the client you want to verify and click Open.
Click Create verification.
The create verification window will open with the client's full name, email address, and mobile number already filled in from their FYI record.
Configure any additional options as needed — these are the same options available on any Annature verification request.
Click Create.
An email will be sent to the client immediately, and you'll be taken to the verification details page.
On the verification details page, you'll see a banner confirming that this verification request has been linked to a client from your FYI integration. This means that when the verification is completed, the results will automatically sync back to that client's record in FYI.
