Downloading Identity Verification Reports
Download the certificate of verification and multi-bureau check report for any completed identity verification.
Once an identity verification request has been completed, you can download the verification reports from the detail view.
How to Download Reports
Navigate to Identity verification and click Open next to the completed verification request.
Click Actions in the upper right corner and select Download reports.
Select the reports you want to download, then click Download.
Available Reports
Certificate of verification — A PDF certificate summarising the verification outcome and key details.
Multi-bureau check report — A detailed report of the multi-bureau identity check results (available if a multi-bureau check was performed).
Extensive AML screening report — A detailed report of the AML screening results (available if a enhanced check was performed).
