Connecting your Pinch account to Annature takes just a few minutes. Once connected, you can drop a Payment Method field onto any envelope and start collecting pre-approved card or bank details directly from your recipients during signing.
You'll need an active Pinch Payments account and access to the Pinch Portal to generate your API keys. Have both your Annature and Pinch accounts open — you'll move between them briefly during this process.
You'll also need to be the Owner of your Annature organisation to connect an integration. If you don't see the Integrations option in Settings, contact your account owner to check your permissions.
Log in to the Pinch Portal and go to Integrations.

Locate your API credentials and copy your Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Publishable Key.

Notes: Keep these keys somewhere safe temporarily. The Secret Key in particular should be treated like a password — don't share it or paste it anywhere outside Annature.
In Annature, go to Settings and select Integrations.

Find Pinch Payments in the list and click Connect.

Enter your Merchant ID, Secret Key, and Publishable Key.

Click Connect.
Once saved, the Pinch integration is active and the Payment Method field will be available when you prepare an envelope.
