
The Xplan integration has now been fully restored.
Iress has issued the following statement:
“Iress Open experienced an outage affecting all regions on 27 October. Service was fully restored on 28 October AEDT and is operating normally. No data integrity issues have been identified.”
We've provided feedback that we needed clearer and more timely communication during outages so we can better inform our customers.
